WHO ARE TOTALLY BONKERS?
TOTALLY BONKERS are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We have been making Personalised Cards, for over 5 years and are very passionate about what we do!.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU TAKE?
We take Paypal payments for ultimate peace of mind.
Buyers can checkout without a PayPal account with the new guest checkout feature and you can use your debit/credit card.

Shipping

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1-2 days, mostly within 1 day. Orders are sent out 1st class Royal Mail.

CAN I GET MY ORDER SOONER?

FAULTY, LOST AND QUALITY ISSUES?

FAULTY ITEMS

We will simply send out a replacement straight away.

LOST ITEMS

For Cards and Invites…We will send out replacements ASAP 1st Class.
